Monthly Payments
For members who have registered to play for the Academy or Club (Royal Greenwich Borough FC), the playing season runs from July to July of any playing season.
On registering with TIDI Sports and/ or Royal Greenwich Borough FC, members hereby commit for the period we call 'The playing season'.
Notice period
Any member choosing to stop their membership with TIDI Sports or Royal Greenwich Borough FC will need to take the following steps;
- Notify in writing
- Have no outstanding fees
- Return any Royal Greenwich Borough FC playing kit
Please note; notice period is 28 days, any payments will continue within this period and cease thereafter.
1:1 and group sessions
For members who have joined to participate in 1:1 or group sessions. Payment needs to be made in advance of the start date of the first session.
Sessions are non-refundable. If a participant has paid for a session and misses a session due to circumstances beyond their control (sickness, weather or any other reason deemed valid) then the session will be carried over within the cycle of sessions.
Refund policy
In the event of a member or family who have taken membership to join TIDI Sports Academy or Royal Greenwich Borough FC and decides to leave of their own accord. There is to be no refund of money paid, less the following reasons.
- TIDI Sports or Royal Greenwich Borough FC are unable to provide the scheduled sessions or participation for which your reason for joining was focused on.
If sessions were attended with the period of membership, then there is no obligation to issue a refund for training or participation.
If a membership fee was paid and in the event of TIDI Sports or Royal Greenwich Borough FC not being able to provide the sessions joined, then a refund of membership fee can be agreed by way of compensation. However, monthly fees or subscription fees are non-refundable if sessions where in fact attended.
